Concrete Testing Equipment

Concrete Permeability Apparatus is used for testing the water permeability of concrete. High pressure permeability test are conducted on various sizes of specimens by different cells. Herein, Cell is available with a top plate and funnel fitted at the bottom that comprises gasket seals held in position by various nuts &bolts.

A Needle Vibrator, also known as concrete vibrator, is a tool used at construction sites. In a Needle Vibrator, a motor is fixed on a swivel base that drives a flexible shaft, which in return, vibrates the needle in around 10,000 vibrations per minute.

A Vibrating Table is used at construction sites. It is used for the compaction of cement concrete cubes are casted. It includes a table top with elevated edges. It can take a maximum load capacity of 140 kg.

Accelerated Curing Tank is used for concrete testing purposes. Its inner chamber is made of stainless steel and outer body is made of mild steel which is duly powder coated.

Fabricated as per IS: 7320, a Slump Test Apparatus is used to determine the consistency of freshly mixed concrete. It comprises of slump cone with top dia. of 100mm, bottom dia. of 200mm & height 300mm.

The Tile Abrasion Testing Machine is fabricated as per IS: 1237 and 1706. The machine consists of a grinding path fixed to a rotating disc which is enclosed by a circular tray.

Fabricated as per IS: 1237 and 654, a Tile Flexure Testing Machine is used to determine the flexural strength of clay roofing tiles and cement concrete flooring tiles.
