We manufacture B.O.D Incubator that is highly flexible and durable low temperature incubator. Our B.O.D. Incubator is utilized to prepare Biochemical Oxygen Demand determinations and for preservation of chemicals, vaccines, and many more. It is double walled with the inner chamber made of stainless steel and the outer made of mild steel which is duly powder coated. There is insulation between outer and inner chamber of 75mm size which is filled with premium quality glass wool. The entire body lies on caster wheels. It contains a double door chamber where the inner door is made of Perspex Transparent Sheet and the lock is provided on the outer door. The unit is also fitted with illuminated lamp inside the chamber. The temperature ranges from 5^oC to 50^oC with accuracy ± 1^oC. The unit is fitted with a digital temperature controller and an air circulating blower to keep the temperature uniform inside the chamber. These incubators come in different chamber sizes.

A Humidity Chamber is a chamber which is designed to simulate the humidity conditions. Its inner chamber is made of stainless steel with the outside body completely consisted of mild steel. It can be operated at temperatures ranging from 5^o to 60^oC. Humidity can range between atmospheric humidity to 95 % with sensitivity of plus minus 3 %. It is fitted with a digital temperature controller cum indicator and a digital humidity controller cum indicator.

Laminar Air Flow Table provides air flow in the work area for operations where product is of utmost importance. Laminar flow principles include double filtration of air. Herein, atmospheric air is drawn by pre-filters through heavy duty blowers afterwards air is passed by extremely effective HEPA (High Efficiency Particular Air) filters which filter almost all air borne particles of size as small as 0.3 micron and larger. Double filtered laminar flow air blows through the work table, at a nominal controlled velocity of approx. 90 feet / min. It is supplied with stainless steel table top, transparent front door, flexi glass, built in U.V. light, static pressure inclined manometer, built in supply cocks for air, gas, or vacuum lines.

Components
The Rotary Shaking Machine consists of a platform which is attached with rubber discs to grasp flasks having capacity of 50ml to 1000ml. It has platform that is mounted on ball bearing crankshafts thereby offering an orbital circular motion to flasks. Herein, the entire assembly is mounted on a high quality metal casing that houses a motor coupled through V belt having pitch pulley. Speed regulator knob allows variability in shaking strokes.

It is double walled with the inner chamber and the outer body made of stainless steel. The autoclaves lid is also made of stainless steel and contains radial locking with pedal lifting device. It also contains a stainless steel basket. It is fitted with safety valve, pressure stat, and pressure gauge steam release cock on which pressure can be adjusted up to 20 psi. Vacuum Rotary Evaporator is basically used in chemical laboratories for removing solvents from samples by evaporation. It is recommended for use in evaporations which is often complicated by foaming, sensitivity of heat, and many more.
